On September 20, 2016 from 16:30 to 17:00, an Anti-TTIP protest will be held to protest for human rights in their home country and against TTIP. The participants will assemble on the corner of Arts-Loi and Rue de la Loi and march towards Schuman Square, where the protest will end in front of the EU buildings. Approximately 2,000 - 10,000 people are expected to participate. Local police will be present.
Demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and escalate into violence. You should avoid areas of demonstrations, and exercise caution if in the vicinity of any large gatherings, protests, or demonstrations.
