Ouagadougou: Sank Finance organized Sank Money Employee Day on Saturday, distributing a vehicle, thirty motorcycles, cell phones, and certificates to about one hundred workers. “Sank Money is a company that cares about the well-being of the population in general and, in particular, our employees. We invited them this evening to congratulate them for the work they are doing within the country,” said Boureima Nanema, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sank Finance. For him, a job well done deserves a reward.

According to Burkina Information Agency, Mr. Nanema spoke on Saturday evening in Ouagadougou, on the occasion of Sank Money Employee Day, organized by the company’s top managers. Around one hundred employees were honored with certificates of recognition, a car, thirty motorcycles, and mobile phones. “It’s a gesture to galvanize them and tell them that they can do even better. It’s also a way to encourage them to redouble their efforts, because the adventure is long and we need their self-sacrifice to achieve the expected results,” noted Boureima Nanema.

“Each employee is assigned within the country and, based on the results, we decided to reward them,” explained Sada Zougmore, CEO of Sank Money. According to him, the award-winning agents were able to meet the company’s expectations through concrete results related to money transfers. “We ask our employees to be ready to meet the needs of the Burkinabe population, particularly those wishing to transfer funds,” said Mr. Zougmore.

Sinini Millogo, corporate director of Sank Money and beneficiary of a new vehicle, thanked the top officials for this gesture. “I am very moved to know that my superiors trust me and are, above all, very satisfied with my work. I urge all my colleagues to work even harder,” said Ms. Millogo. In the same vein, Alassane Sanfo, who received a motorcycle, also invited his colleagues to redouble their efforts. “Sank Money is still young.
